The image shows a page from the original printed Book of Commandments [ the typeface in the center of the image ].
Note that all the rest of the handwritten text was added to the original. These are not corrected typos or incidental changes in grammar or punctuation as claimed by LDS apologists. They can read - they know they are not telling you the truth.
The text added to the Book of Commandments was included when it was republished as the Doctrines and Covenants. This clearly shows that the "priesthood' text was added to the original revelation.
